ok.. today sch started at 1pm.. but i woke up damn early at 8+ luh.. zz.. did my poa hmwk.. din understand some of the questions.. so i jus anyhow do. LOL..

went for sch and then nth much lei.. sch from 1 to 5 today.. den 5.30 got cca.. training is getting tougher as week passes by.. today i guess if i add up all the runnings, we ran about 5km++.. knn.. like that we very pro in running? hahha..

hurt my right knee last week. due to the kneeing on the uneven ground at the stadium. this week, i hurt both knees.. just some abrasions but it hurts :( and when doing the push up. today de push up knn drag very long lor. and the guy's team keep got ppl the knee down onto the ground den we have to recount from 50.. total is need to do 100. like that i think in e end we did ard 150 or 170 like dat lor. knn.. den make us butts up; hold it there so long. i almost collapsed can.. den i tried to use my knuckles instead of my palms to support because i was very tired. den the fucking ground! so many small stones or wadever... i cut my knuckles.. -_- there was a cut..

cb... go training = come back with alot of injuries. hahahaha.. ok wadever.. we managed to endure thru today's training. hahaha!!! woohoooo =)

and my incline pull up sucks like dunno what now. -_- i did ard 5 den i tired.. wth right.. knn... den peihwa do like it's chicken feet. envy! hahaha..

alright.. training ended late today. den i reached home.. den bathe, watch tv.. and now i am here blogging =)

tmr's hmwk i left it incomplete.. no time to finish it.. and now, i am just so so so tired to touch any hmwk.. was very sleepy and tired.. save me la!!! =(

phone bill shot up again. up up and up.. mummy duwan to help mi pay alr.. knn... then i very lucky? wait for my line to be cut? haha. hope she will be kind hearted enough to help me this month =X
